When the answer is no.

What do you do when you do everything they ask and the answer is still no?

I've contemplated this for several days now. And I've come to the same conclusion each time.

When you've done everything the publisher wants and they still don't want to print your novel...

There's really only one thing you can do. WRITE ANOTHER BOOK.
